Tomorrow is Drug Take Back Day

DROP-OFF UNWANTED MEDICATIONS AT BARNSTABLE POLICE STATION

Protect Cape Cod’s drinking water by safely disposing of unused prescription medications.
We encourage community members to drop-off expired, unused, or unwanted prescription medications on “National Take Back Day,” which takes place on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the police station, 1200 Phinney’s Ln. Hyannis.
Improper disposal of pharmaceuticals is a public health and safety issue. In addition to “National Take Back Day,” our police station has an unwanted medication kiosk open all year. Mail-back envelopes are available at pharmacies as well.
