2/24/21: At the March 10, 2021 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting the applicant will be asking to withdraw 2020-042.
Update: The Agenda Item was introduced, public comment accepted and the Applicant requested continuance to March 10, 2021.
On Wednesday February 10, 2021 at 7pm, the application for a Proposed Private Pier at 33 Oyster Place, Cotuit will be before the Zoning Board of Appeals. This item was continued from the January 27, 2021 ZBA meeting without testimony.
The meeting will broadcast live on Comcast Channel 18.

Yes, the applicant could reapply to both the ZBA and Conservation Commission however I don’t see this happening “for the near future anyway”!
