Absentee Ballots Now Available

Annual Cotuit Fire District Elections
Absentee ballots are now available at the Cotuit Fire Department, Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm, unless the firefighters are out on a call. The last day a ballot may be requested is noon on Monday, May 23, 2022. In order to get the absentee ballot you first complete an application. After voting place ballot in absentee ballot envelope and complete the envelope. Mail to: Cotuit Fire District, PO Box 1475, Cotuit, MA 02635 or leave envelope at the fire station. Charles W. ABSENTEE BALLOTS INSTRUCTIONS:

Absentee ballots are available for curb side pickup Monday – Friday 9-3 at the Cotuit Fire Station, 64 High Street, Cotuit

Instructions

  1. Complete an Absentee Ballot Application available online. (also available at the Fire Station)
    1. Use the Absentee Ballot Application for a ballot for yourself
    2. Use the Absentee Ballot Application by a family Member for a family member
  2. Proceed to the Cotuit Fire Station parking lot 9-3, Monday thru Friday. (If possible, with your completed application)
  3. Call (508) 428-2210, extension “0” and ask for curb side service.
  4. A firefighter will come to your vehicle and provide you with a ballot and an envelope to seal the ballot in.
  5. You may either leave the sealed ballot in a secured ballot box at the fire station or request an envelope to self-mail the ballot to the District Clerk: Cotuit Fire District, Attn: Clerk, P.O. Box 1475, Cotuit, MA 02635
