To date, this project has been funded using a mitigation fund put in place during the time of the Stop and Shop construction. That fund was used to construct both a single sided and double sided sidewalk from Route 28 to Sampsons Mill Rd. This million dollar plus project will need broad community support to proceed. If you would like to view the plans in person they are available at Town Hall M-F 8:30-4:30 in the Barnstable Growth Management Department, 3rd. Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis.
