The Barnstable Police Department will be hosting their Citizens Police Academy this fall. The ten-week course begins on September 13 through November 15 and will meet on Wednesdays from 6-9 PM at the Barnstable Police Facility. All local residents and business owners are invited to attend. Applications can be found HERE or at the front window of the police station, located at 1200 Phinney’s Lane in Hyannis. Applications will be accepted until Friday August 25th. Please apply early as the course is limited to 30 seats and it is anticipated the class will fill up quickly.
