...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM TUESDAY TO 2 PM EDT
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Plymouth MA, Barnstable MA, Dukes MA and
  Nantucket MA Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Tuesday to 2 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The peak of the wind will be Tuesday night.
  There is a risk for near hurricane force gusts on the outer Cape
  and Islands.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if
you must drive.
