Register to Vote & Local Election Information


According to Barnstable Town Clerk Ann Quirk the last day to register to vote is Wednesday, October 13 for the November 2, 2021 Barnstable Town Election.  The Town Clerk’s office will be open until 8 PM for voter registration issues.  Any person who is currently registered to vote does not have to re-register.

Only individuals who have moved into town, or within the Town of Barnstable, or have changed their address, mailing address or name, need to contact the Town Clerk’s office by October 13th.

On the ballot in November will be:  candidates for School Committee, Housing Authority, Town Clerk, and all the even numbered Town Council seats (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12). 

The absentee/early voting ballots are in, please send us a written request with your signature for an early voting ballot and we will mail one out to you.

Thursday Afternoon October 14, 2021 2- 5 pm

St. George Greek Orthodox Church Route 28, Centerville

These clinics are open to Town of Barnstable Seven Village’s residents only

Cotuit Fire Department Training

  •     The training will be a Search/Rescue/Hose Drill Wednesday Sept 15, 2021 9am – noon, Cotuit School
  •    Maximum of 12 Cotuit Firefighters
  •     No Sirens. No water flow
  •     Public to be supervised by the Chief or the Deputy
  •    Training drill announced on CFD Facebook and at monthly commissioners meeting
