Stormwater Treatment
Construction of Stormwater Green Infrastructure at Cordwood Landing, Cotuit
The Department of Public Works will begin construction of Cordwood Landing in Cotuit on Monday, November 12, 2018 with mobilization, and site survey/setup. The project is part of an EPA grant for improving water quality in the Three Bays through stormwater treatment systems using plants and soil media to remove pollutants.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of December. The site will remain open to the public except for areas actively under construction. Please use caution when in the vicinity of the construction site.

Alarm Registration Renewal
Burglar alarm registrations within the Town of Barnstable expire on December 31, 2018.
If you are an Alarm User, commercial or residential, monitored or non-monitored, you need to renew your Alarm Registration and get your 2019/2020 decal. Please complete a 2019/2020 Alarm Registration renewal form and submit with a $25.00 registration fee. Renewal forms are available at the Barnstable Police Department or online HERE Please renew by the expiration date (12/31/2018) to avoid costly late fees and unregistered alarm fines. If you have any questions regarding the renewal please call 508-778-3824.
